We are located at 210-J West Sunshine Street in Springfield, in a shopping center known as Sunshine Corners. Our store can be found just behind McAlister's Deli. Find it at De Sales Catholic Bookstore! We are proud of our Catholic heritage. We offer books, gifts, music, DVDs, jewelry, liturgical resources, Bibles, and more from a Catholic tradition. We gladly special order any book, as well as church goods, including candles, chalices, metal ware, vestments, and other church resources. Because we are one of the only liturgical goods stores in the area, we are happy to help our Episcopal, Lutheran, and other fellow liturgical churches find the best possible (and available) resources. FYI! Summer Hours (June - August) Monday-Friday 9:30 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. Saturday: 9:30 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. Pflaum resources at DCB??? A principal came in to place an order from a grant the school received. Soon, we were talking about resources from Pflaum, including planners for both students and teachers. She had no idea we could order such resources--and has since made a promise to check with us on future orders. While we can't provide discounts on every order, we will do our best to research availability of resources for your school. chest ideas on display This year, we are ready for school to begin, complete with tons of great, inexpensive ideas to inspire and encourage your students to do their best. From prayer cards to saint medals, rosary rings to pocket tokens, and even a few nicer ideas--for those EXTRA-special good-doers--we have things on display for you. Unfortunately, none of these ideas are available on our web site, but please inquire about items that might be of interest to you. Be sure to mention that this is for a school, so that we can talk about discounts for schools and classroom materials. Advent
candles that are safe The first option (top) is an LED-based set, which provides a flickering glow to your room! Convenient votive size allows teachers to keep the wreath present and in view, but not taking up too much room. The second option (lower) is a battery-powered taper, using AA batteries. Please be aware that the set includes only the candles, not the pictured wreath. Because these are taper style, odds are good that you have a wreath that would work on hand. If not, we will have plenty of options in time for Advent! Both options here are affordable and ideal for classroom use, or in households with small children or pets.
